Over 18 years spent in medical practice, Holly developed a deep appreciation of how physical and mental health are tightly entwined. Grounded in research, she began to place increasing emphasis on optimising the mental state, and lifestyle medicine. Improving health across the six pillars of lifestyle medicine is shown to yield better long term outcomes. These six pillars include sleep, physical activity, nutrition, avoiding addiction, social connection and stress management. Years of experience working with patients struggling with the mental load of their health and life circumstances and seeing it affect recovery and progress drove Holly to build a more holistic approach to care.
